Search USDA for raw foods, scan packaged products via Open Food Facts, or browse favorites, recent items, custom foods, and saved recipes.
Skin (PM): cleanse → moisturizer. Add a retinoid or niacinamide only after checking with a dermatologist if you're new to actives. Chemical exfoliant (BHA/AHA) 1-2x/week is enough — more irritates skin, it doesn't speed results.
Hair: wash 3-4x/week with a mild shampoo, oil the night before wash day, get a trim every 3-4 weeks to keep shape. Use a heat protectant before any blow-dry or hot tool styling.
Face: keep eyebrows trimmed/shaped, use a lip balm with SPF, and shave or trim facial hair to a clean line for your shape.
Skip: "bone smashing," mewing, or any practice claiming to reshape your skull or jaw — no credible evidence, real injury risk. Sleep, hydration, sun protection, and a good haircut do more.

Cloud Sync & Settings
Your workouts, weight, nutrition, and other text/structured data sync to a Google Sheet you own, updated via a Google Apps Script you deploy yourself. Your key is stored only in this browser and sent directly to your own Apps Script — never to a third party. Data stays local-first; sync is optional. Setup files: Code.gs and SETUP.md.
Progress photos are stored only in your own private Supabase Storage bucket — nothing is saved on this device. Sign in below before you can add, view, or delete photos. Run supabase-setup.sql once in your Supabase SQL Editor before connecting.
Used for USDA food search in the Nutrition tab. Without a key, IRONLOG falls back to USDA's shared DEMO_KEY, which has a low rate limit (~30 requests/hour). Get your own free key →
Barcode scanning uses Open Food Facts, which needs no key. Both sources are free and stored/queried only from this browser.
Backups include your progress photos. Restoring replaces current data on this device (a safety copy downloads automatically first).
